The candidate for deputy from overseas, Francis Belliard says being embarrassed and being disappointed by the poor work they have done abroad Members benefit of their compatriots and considered as logical that a large segment of the population sees them as a burden the Dominican State.

The candidate for deputy for the Social Christian Reformist Party (PRSC), who is at home doing work in favor of his candidacy, lamented that current overseas deputies are simply engaged in private business and do not commit sufficient time to help those who need it so much.
"These overseas deputies have missed the opportunity to become leaders, and in that sense, I occupy this space to help my countrymen so many needs and problems they face in day to day," Belliard said.
Belliard said that if elected to work for overseas airlines of clearing taxes by about 50 percent for Dominicans have access to cheaper air tickets.
